The EP Ablation Specialist is responsible for assisting the physician(s) with all diagnostic and complex interventional adult Electrophysiology procedures. This includes performing complex ablation procedures, gathering and assisting in the interpretation of EP specific clinical data and intracardiac measurements such as electrograms and 3-D mapping. The specialist will function in the 1st assistant role during ablation procedures and device implants (pacemakers and ICDs), and act as a resource to other staff regarding ablative and mapping procedures. Primary clinical roles include scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring/recording. The position requires a minimum of five (5) years full-time work experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac electrophysiology.
