Responsibilities

• Maintaining the mailroom's organization
• Sorting and delivering incoming mail, packages, and supplies
• Handling outgoing mail, packages, and other supplies
• Stocking supplies and maintaining re-orders
• Assisting with meeting and office set-ups
• Processing postage for outgoing mail
• Creating shipping labels for both domestic and international shipments
• Fulfilling service tickets
• Pulling and returning files from storage
• Assisting with day-to-day operations around the office
• Performing all related duties as assigned
• Picking up deliveries and distributing them

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and possess great interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of United States Postal Service rules and regulations is helpful
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of basic hand tools is a plus
• Self-motivated with a pleasant and upbeat disposition
• Good communication skills
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
