Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal lines insurance needs, including auto, home, renters, and more.
- Provide quotes and explain coverage options, answering questions with clarity and empathy.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and clients regarding additional product offerings to best meet their needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the agency's team goals.
Requirements
- Completion of Personal Lines Insurance Test within 30 days of hire.
- Prior sales experience (1-2 years in banking, retail or insurance) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and prospects.
- Proficiency in computer skills to navigate multiple quoting systems (must type at least 40 wpm).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
