The Staffing Consultant will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates, managing relationships with healthcare providers and clients, and overseeing various operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit high-quality candidates to meet clients' needs
- Screen and interview qualified candidates
- Create strong relationships with healthcare providers, serving as their primary point of contact
- Oversee healthcare providers
- Negotiate wages with candidates
- Staff and schedule healthcare providers
- Manage relationships with Ro Health clients
- Develop skills needed in a management role
- Handle additional operations including payroll and marketing
- Operate at all times with a high level of honesty and integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Leadership experience
- Proficiency in iCIMS and Microsoft Excel
