The Entry-Level B2B Marketing and Sales Assistant position at WE Developments, Inc. is designed for proactive and ambitious individuals looking to kickstart their careers in business-to-business sales and marketing. This role provides hands-on experience in lead generation, promotional marketing, and sales execution, while working closely with a collaborative team to drive business growth and enhance client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of promotional marketing and sales campaigns aimed at generating new business leads and increasing revenue.
  • Support the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing materials for both digital and in-person promotional efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas for upcoming campaigns.
  • Provide essential support to the sales and marketing departments, including managing client follow-ups and scheduling appointments.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and sales strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of client-facing events, including product launches and networking sessions.
  • Prepare performance reports that track key sales metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide general support to both marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with an understanding of effective sales and marketing tactics.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, but not required.
