About the position
The Entry-Level Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst at MOM's Organic Market is responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy in invoice processing, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and internal teams. Responsibilities
- Review, process, and file merchandising invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
- Follow up with vendors, store managers, and other employees to resolve open issues and discrepancies for statement reconciliation.
- Apply cash and check payments.
- Respond to accounts payable help desk inquiries.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 0-1 year related experience
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage unexpected demands
- Dependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problems
