About the position

The Entertainment Technician at California's Great America is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to guests by assisting in the installation and maintenance of lighting, audio, and video systems. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and enjoy working in a dynamic, fun environment. Responsibilities

• Make our guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories.
• Interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Gain skills, knowledge, and experience that will benefit your future.
• Assist in light installation and maintenance.
• Assist in the installation and troubleshooting of show, event, and attraction/ride lighting.
• Assist in audio and video installation.
• Operate heavy equipment such as Forklift, telehandler, high reach boom lift, and other aerial work platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in lighting, audio, or video installation and maintenance.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
• Good judgment and commitment to safety.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
