This is a pure new business role focused on hunting and developing new business within F500 target accounts. The executive will own a full outbound pipeline from lead generation through close with no inbound support. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, crafting personalized outreach strategies, conducting high-volume outreach, and launching targeted outbound campaigns for corporate events, group outings, and team building. The role also involves building outbound playbooks, establishing pipeline tracking and reporting processes, setting and managing KPIs, and continuously analyzing conversion data. The position requires a strong focus on achieving quarterly quotas with a commission-based structure. Collaboration with Event Sales, Enterprise Events Executives, and Marketing is essential for lead transition and aligning outbound efforts with brand initiatives. The role involves approximately 50% travel to client meetings and key events.
