About the position

The Engagement Manager at SecurityPal is responsible for driving successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion of the company's security solutions. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to customers, collaborating with various internal teams to create tailored experiences, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective program management and strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end onboarding plans for customers.
  • Lead executive business reviews and provide best practices and technical recommendations.
  • Partner with Account Executives to forecast and secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Design, operationalize, and optimize customer success programs, tracking adoption milestones.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to address blockers and align on initiatives.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback for product innovation and satisfaction improvement.
  • Handle critical customer issues and coordinate internal resources for timely resolutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Program Management, or related roles within SaaS or technology organizations.
  • Exceptional ability to establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Background in managing complex software & service deployments, familiarity with security & GRC platforms.
  • Familiarity with strong sales methodologies and frameworks such as MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or Challenger Sales.
  • Proficiency in tools like Vitally and Jira, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy and a team-first attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • 2+ years of selling & supporting Security and GRC solutions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with consultative sales skills to articulate ROI value statements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
