Enterprise Cybersecurity Identity Engineer, Lead Key Role: Be responsible for Booz Allen Hamilton’s Identity cybersecurity solution design, strategy, and effectiveness. Participate in shaping Booz Allen's Identity cybersecurity capabilities worldwide by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop a business-wide converged technological security strategy. Be accountable for the Identity cyber solution stack, ensure Identity solution controls are appropriately configured, and continually reduce Identity cybersecurity risk. Ensure Identity solutions and their configurations on production, test, and extended enterprise environments meet Booz Allen Hamilton's security standards. Originate, facilitate, and lead IT and security teams' efforts to deploy and maintain Identity protection solutions, ensuring that all Identity controls are properly configured to defend against emerging threats. Partner with cyber threat and security operations to drive threat-informed configurations. Perform security reviews based on the security stack philosophies and standards, with a primary responsibility for leading Identity security outcomes in collaboration with technical sector experts. Provide an integrated security ecosystem to deter, detect, defend, and respond to business-impacting security, operational security, and risk issues related to Identity management and Identity configurations. Leverage skills in independently conducting technical analysis of security and business problems, as well as threats, incidents, investigations, workforce protection, and other general security-related issues. Communicate and participate in coordinating response and defensive actions over a variety of security disciplines, disseminating technical information as appropriate in support of Booz Allen Hamilton's critical business, go-to-market, and operational infrastructure needs.   • 7+ years of experience with Identity IT solution management, including platforms like EntraID, Saviynt, Okta, or RBAC
  • 3+ years of experience with cybersecurity solution involvement, including Conditional Access, PAM, SSO, or MFA
  • Knowledge of cloud-native identity and access management (IAM) systems, including AWS IAM, Identity Center Organizations with Service Control Policies (SCPs), Azure Entra ID, Conditional Access, or RBAC/ABAC models
  • Knowledge of Identity solution configuration management, including policy creation, configuration tuning, and change management for common Industry cyber solutions
  • Knowledge of key cyber threats, including nation-state actors, malware and ransomware, command and control infrastructures, and mitigations
  • Knowledge of key cyber processes such as security incident handling, risk posture measurement, and change management
  • Ability to integrate disparate identity solutions within system, network, application, and security architectures, as well as integration via API
  • Ability to collaborate with professional confidence and credibility to effectively engage and interact with technologists and leaders across the enterprise
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages
  • Knowledge of the use of databases for reporting, including SQL language
  • Knowledge of the applications of Artificial Intelligence in security
  • Ability to design, deploy, and maintain Identity security solutions and configurations in enterprise-class organizations with over 20,000 identities
  • Ability to quickly comprehend complex problems, draw logical conclusions, make sound decisions, develop solutions, and drive closure
