About the position
TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Enterprise Architect for a hybrid contract position lasting one year. The role involves providing data networking solutions and oversight for legacy telco services, including broadband internet circuits and cloud networking. The candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of data networking services, performing technology assessments, and leading incident management efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide data networking solutions and oversight for legacy telco services such as broadband internet circuits and cloud networking.
- Assist with the Data Networking services lifecycle from strategic planning to operations and financials.
- Specify business requirements for current and future wireless mobile services.
- Perform Voice and Data Networking technology and operational assessments to manage the legacy portfolio and create future roadmaps.
- Manage general technology incidents and lead them to resolution.
- Respond to and resolve customer/agency escalations.
Requirements
- ITIL Certification
- 3 years of experience in data and network monitoring technology
- 3 years of network expertise to specify business requirements for network services
- 3 years of experience in networking incident management
- 3 years of experience with commercial broadband circuits
- 3 years of experience in managing customer escalations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in State/Agency
- ITIL Foundations certification
- Experience deploying and managing broadband circuits and wireless phone solutions
- Experience in cloud networking
- Experience with Thousand Eyes network monitoring tool.
