About the position

This position is responsible for developing account plans for new and existing accounts, prospecting new customers, and closing full solution sales to enterprise corporate customers. The role requires a strong focus on building a sales pipeline and managing major accounts effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Handle a list of major accounts, leading the entire sales process from account planning to deal closing and renewal.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with other teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Regularly update the CRM system (salesforce.com) to maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide reliable sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises (revenues of $500M+) using a consultative and value-based approach.
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and possessing a growth mindset.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives with a solution selling approach.
  • Skilled in leading detailed sales processes involving various stakeholders.
  • Strong commitment to the company's mission and understanding of artificial intelligence applications in legal operations.
  • Enthusiastic about prospecting and managing the entire sales cycle independently.
  • Ability to work well with teams across different departments to achieve shared objectives.
  • College degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience.
