About the position
The position is for an Otolaryngology Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a well-established ENT network in Virginia. The role is located at an outpost approximately 30 minutes west of Norfolk, offering a competitive compensation package and a supportive work environment with no call and no weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the field of otolaryngology.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and care plans.
Requirements
- NP or PA certification with ENT training required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a similar healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
