About the position
The Enrollment Specialist position at Prime Therapeutics is a remote role based in Connecticut, responsible for processing and maintaining enrollment, assessment, and dis-enrollment documentation for strategic business unit operations. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, effective communication, and collaboration with team members and other departments to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain enrollment, assessment, and dis-enrollment documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry as required by contract service level agreements.
- Communicate effectively regarding eligibility, program benefits, and plan limitations.
- Utilize enrollment and claims point of sale systems for research and problem resolution.
- Assist in data collection and reporting.
- Complete bi-weekly checkwrite production for provider payment in the accounts payable system.
- Monitor quality and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to improve processes and increase efficiencies.
- Work independently and in cooperation with others to resolve problems.
- Participate in special projects as required by management.
Requirements
- Experience in health care, managed care, or pharmacy management preferred.
- Experience in enrollment processing/data entry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to interact confidently with internal and external clients.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn proprietary computer systems quickly and efficiently.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
