About the position

The Enrollment Specialist position at Prime Therapeutics is a remote role based in Connecticut, responsible for processing and maintaining enrollment, assessment, and dis-enrollment documentation for strategic business unit operations. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, effective communication, and collaboration with team members and other departments to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain enrollment, assessment, and dis-enrollment documentation for SBU operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry as required by contract service level agreements.
• Communicate effectively regarding eligibility, program benefits, and plan limitations to providers and discharge planners.
• Utilize enrollment and claims point of sale systems for research and problem resolution.
• Assist in data collection and reporting.
• Complete bi-weekly checkwrite production for provider payment in the accounts payable system.
• Report operational issues and assist with system issues.
• Assist with quality monitoring and provide constructive feedback.
• Form collaborative partnerships with teammates and other departments.
• Seek to improve processes and increase efficiencies.
• Work through problem resolution independently and in cooperation with others as appropriate.
• Participate in special projects as required by management.

Requirements

• Experience in health care, managed care, or pharmacy management preferred.
• Experience in enrollment processing/data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Ability to interact with internal and external clients confidently and pleasantly.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Ability and willingness to learn other proprietary computer systems quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible.
