About the position

The Enrollment Specialist - ADAP is responsible for processing, data entry, and file maintenance of enrollment, assessment, and dis-enrollment documentation for Prime Therapeutics' strategic business unit operations. This remote position requires effective communication and collaboration with team members and other departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry as per service level agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Process enrollment, assessment, and dis-enrollment documentation for SBU operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry as required by contract service level agreements.
  • Communicate effectively regarding eligibility, program benefits, and plan limitations.
  • Utilize enrollment and claims point of sale systems for research and problem resolution.
  • Assist in data collection and reporting.
  • Complete bi-weekly checkwrite production for provider payment in the accounts payable system.
  • Assist with quality monitoring and provide constructive feedback.
  • Form collaborative partnerships with teammates and other departments.
  • Seek to improve processes and increase efficiencies.
  • Work through problem resolution independently and cooperatively as appropriate.
  • Handle other special projects as required by management.

Requirements

  • Experience in health care, managed care, or pharmacy management preferred.
  • Experience in enrollment processing/data entry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients confidently and pleasantly.
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Ability and willingness to learn proprietary computer systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
