About The Position

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of application engineers. This role serves as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and internal teams, driving solutions from concept through production. You will engage directly with customers to understand challenges, promote value-based solutions, and support product design and application development. Responsibilities include driving root cause analysis for product and field issues, overseeing application testing and lab operations, managing supplier technical performance, and leading multiple engineering projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
• 3–5 years of experience in seal, gasket, or similar product design within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with 3D modeling (SolidWorks or similar CAD platforms).
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, support customer-facing activities, and travel as needed.

• Lead multiple engineering projects across customers, balancing priorities while supporting continuous improvement and quality system compliance.
