Engineering Maintenance Supervisor
About The Position
Seeking an Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor for a full-time position. This is a working supervisor role responsible for directing the daily operations of the Engineering staff. The Engineering Staff ensures high standards of maintenance, compliance, and documentation, translating organizational policies and procedures into daily operations in accordance with all accrediting organizations and regulatory requirements. This position oversees and promotes operational efficiencies through sound engineering and maintenance management practices. Additionally, the Engineering Supervisor coordinates quality and performance improvement initiatives, including staff training, development, and ongoing competency assessment. The role is located in the Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least five (5) years’ experience in general maintenance
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
Nice To Haves
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Healthcare facility maintenance experience preferred
