About The Position

This is an entry-level position for a Substation Engineering Associate I within the Power Delivery Substation group. The ideal candidate will have less than two years of engineering experience and a 4-year Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred. The role requires a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn substation physical design, attention to detail, and good communication skills. The candidate must be a self-starter and able to thrive in a team-based environment. Occasional overnight travel to customer sites in the southeastern US is required.
