The company is scaling its engineering systems following the deployment of Siemens NX and Teamcenter and is building a dedicated capability to support engineering teams and ensure system reliability, usability, and performance. This role is not a traditional help desk position; it sits at the intersection of CAD, PLM, and engineering workflows, focusing on diagnosing system issues, improving system behavior, and enabling engineers to work more efficiently. The Engineering Application Support Engineer - NX/Teamcenter will be the primary point of contact for engineering productivity, resolving issues, identifying systemic gaps, and driving continuous improvements within the NX and Teamcenter environment.
