About the position

The Manager, Enterprise Consumer Analytics will lead efforts to drive adoption of Population Intelligence across all business verticals, ensuring data-driven insights are integrated into strategic decision-making processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in marketing and advertising, preferably within healthcare or life sciences, and a passion for innovative, targeted media solutions. You'll drive customer adoption of Population Intelligence and will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline internal and external processes.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the use of Population Intelligence across all verticals to ensure consistent, data-driven decision-making and improved business outcomes
  • Own recurring meeting cadences with customers to provide status updates, provide recommendations and solicit feedback. Ensure account activities are aligned with clients' business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline Population Intelligence workflows and implement best practices to improve overall efficiency
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Population Intelligence subject matter experts to develop comprehensive process documentation, training materials and user guides, and case studies to support stakeholders in utilizing Population Intelligence effectively
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Analytics and Campaign Activation Services to ensure client expectations are being met. Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to ensure that there is shared visibility to the health of shared accounts.
  • Onboard audiences for campaign activation
  • Train external agencies and work with vendor partners as needed to efficiently launch marketing campaigns. Partner with external SI teams to ensure app integrations are on track.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in marketing analytics, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior
  • Strong ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear documentation and deliver engaging training materials
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of driving successful initiatives from conception through ideation
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics) and CRM systems
  • Comfortable bringing new ideas to the table and embracing challenges in a dynamic, start-up like environment.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations and compliance requirements specific to healthcare and sensitive data environments.
