About the position

The Engagement & Content Specialist plays a crucial role in creating and managing eLearning content for new and existing team members at Gold Mountain Communications. This hybrid position involves utilizing various systems to enhance the talent engagement process, ensuring that learning materials are effectively created, updated, and delivered. The specialist will also connect with potential team members and support the interview and onboarding processes, contributing to a positive organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and upload learning content into the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Plan and produce digital content programs for continued education and compliance across all business lines.
  • Deliver and assign coursework and learning content to team members.
  • Maintain learning content, ensuring all materials are current and deadlines are met.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning modules and digital content programs.
  • Manage projects to enhance talent and learning engagement among team members.
  • Connect with potential team members to support the interview and onboarding process.
  • Utilize various methods to recruit and network with potential team members, including social media and job fairs.
  • Brainstorm and share creative and strategic planning ideas.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
  • Solid typing skills.
  • Content design experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Experience in digital content creation and management.
