Energy Efficiency Field Supervisor

This role oversees a crew helping us expand our offering to direct installation of weatherization work for our partnership with various utilities across the state of New Jersey. We need a strong player/coach who can lead a team of technicians and ensure their accuracy, productivity, and overall progress.
Requirements
- Over 3 years' relevant industry experience preferred
- BPI Certification a plus
- If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
- Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
Responsibilities
- Consistently coach, train, and motivate your crew of Energy Technicians
- Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers
- Conduct installations of residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend solutions
- Record inspection results, customer and contractor interactions, and adhere to program requirements
- Provide input and status updates to program staff, while troubleshooting any technical problems as they arise
