About the position

The position involves building, deploying, and supporting MDM and Endpoint infrastructure for TIH and its subsidiaries. The essential duties include maintaining and updating laptop images for Windows and MacBook devices, managing the configuration and deployment of Microsoft Intune and Jamf for endpoint devices, and supporting iOS devices using Microsoft Intune. The role also requires problem tracking, diagnosis, and resolution for complex issues, overseeing programming and debugging activities, and providing technical consultation on challenging situations. Additionally, the position may involve leading large projects, managing external vendors, and mentoring less experienced teammates.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update the laptop images for Windows and MacBook devices, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.
• Manage the configuration and deployment of Microsoft Intune and Jamf for endpoint devices.
• Manage and support iOS devices using Microsoft Intune, including administering Apple Business Manager (ABM) for DEP/VPP.
• Perform problem tracking, diagnosis and root-cause analysis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution for highly complex issues.
• Oversee others who perform programming and debugging activities.
• Respond to issues in a timely manner by receiving and investigating incidents or service tickets.
• Provide technical consultation on extremely challenging or unusual situations.
• Lead large, complex projects related to improving processes or support capabilities.
• Engage and manage external vendors.
• Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices.
• Use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.
• Mentor less experienced teammates to build technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience in development or production support or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge in Microsoft Intune and Jamf Cloud. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Sound understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices.
• Ability to lead complex projects.
• Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
• Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective.

Nice-to-haves

• Deep knowledge and experience in creating configuration policies, device enrollment, and application deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Familiarity with the Insurance Business.
