About the position

The Employment Recruiter will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process for our firm in Toms River, New Jersey. This position involves sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records. The role is designed as a contract to hire opportunity, promoting long-term professional growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Avature
• Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring events for potential candidates
• Conduct reconciliations with the site's headcount and update pipeline reports
• Partner with sourcers and present qualified candidates to hiring leaders
• Keep meticulous records of KPI reporting to ensure goals are met
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for administrative tasks and report generation
• Manage staffing dashboards and contribute to the development of hiring processes
• Use Workday and PeopleSoft for various HR and recruitment functions
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer credit applications and records.

Requirements

• Experience with Reconciliations
• Strong understanding of Staffing
• Familiarity with Conductivity
• Skilled in KPI Reporting
