This position will support the 7-Eleven Employment Legal team by providing practical and business-oriented legal counsel on a wide range of employment-related matters across the organization in U.S. and Canada. Reporting directly to the Lead Employment Counsel, this role will partner closely with Human Resources, Employee Relations, Payroll, Operations, Asset Protection, Health & Safety, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support employment litigation, compliance initiatives, policy development, investigations, and day-to-day counseling. This role is ideal for an attorney seeking to further develop in-house employment law experience within a fast-paced and collaborative environment while working closely with a dynamic legal department and business leaders.
