About the position

The Employee Relations Partner plays a crucial role in advising managers and HR Business Partners on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with personnel policies and employment laws. This position involves conducting investigations, preparing reports, and providing training to address employee relations trends and issues. The role requires collaboration with various departments and centers of excellence to implement effective solutions and improve the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and HRBPs on employee relations situations and personnel policies.
• Conduct investigations and prepare reports on findings and recommendations.
• Develop and evaluate employee relations trends and proactively recommend solutions.
• Provide HR policy guidance and leadership training on policy application.
• Manage the Corrective Action Appeals process and assist in documentation.
• Conduct accommodation requests under ADA and other relevant laws.
• Consult on complex employee relations cases and prepare responses to complaints.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and support a positive employee experience.
• Develop action plans with HRBPs to address root causes of employee relations issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR Business Partner role.
• Strong experience with employee relations issues and investigations.
• PHR/SPHR or other HR certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HRIS tools like Workday.
