What this job involves – The Employee Relations Consultant assesses and helps resolve employee issues while providing recommendations to mitigate risk for the firm. This role concentrates on addressing gaps in perception, understanding, or performance expectations between employees and management. Moreover, the Employee Relations Consultant recommends solutions that align with JLL's commitment to fair and equitable treatment of its employees and promote JLL's best interests. The Employee Relations Consultant will actively promote collaboration and help all business lines and HR Centers of Excellence working towards supporting the US region. Additionally, they will play a key role in enhancing the ER Center of Excellence (COE) function by actively contributing to the creation of training programs, tools, templates, processes, reference materials, and other projects.
