The Employee Leave and Benefits Specialist manages and administers employee benefit programs in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This includes counseling and advising employees and managers on eligibility and other issues related to benefit coverage and leaves of absence, as well as maintaining records and preparing documents as necessary. This position plays a vital role in supporting the HR function by ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a team oriented, detail driven individual with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. A bachelor's degree and 5-10 years' experience in Human Resources or related field preferred. This position is hybrid work arrangement eligible.
