As an Employee Health & Benefits Sr. Account Manager at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will ensure outstanding customer service is provided to clients, both directly and by other members of the production team. You will communicate closely with Producers and act as key liaison with clients to assess needs and provide solutions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing, facilitating or executing new/renewal marketing processes, designing detailed analyses and presentations for prospect/client meetings, developing educational materials including Benefit Enrollment Guides, reviewing SPD's and agreements/contracts for accuracy, assisting clients with resources relative to HIPAA, COBRA, FLEX, ERISA, etc., handling any claim resolutions and plan administration problems, and managing filing, file set-up, and file maintenance in the Agency Management and Imaging System.
