Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to pets in need.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners about their pet's condition and treatment options.
• Work collaboratively with a team of veterinary professionals.
• Participate in hospital retreats, huddles, team dinners, and other team-building activities.
• Perform emergency surgeries, particularly soft tissue surgeries.

Requirements

• Have earned a DVM or equivalent degree.
• Be fulfilled by helping others.
• Thrive in team-oriented environments.
• Have a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
• Be passionate about emergency medicine.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in emergency surgery.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
