Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency roadside assistance requests promptly
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire changes, jump-starts, and lockout services
- Utilize power tools, ohmmeter, and hand tools effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety of the customer and their vehicle
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate service calls
