About The Position
The Electrician I is an advanced level opportunity on our Facility Operations team. In this role, you will ensure MultiCare patients and families have the best possible experience when visiting facilities across our health system. This role has a specific emphasis on regulated Life Safety Systems.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Current Washington State Journeyman Electrical Certificate.
- Two (2) years of related experience beyond licensure.
- One to two (1-2) years of experience in a health care related environment.
- Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair on a range of electrical systems throughout MultiCare.
- Perform electrical system testing and power quality troubleshooting.
- Operate all tools normally found in electrical work.
- Collaborate with supervisor in obtaining bids and inspections on externally run projects.
- Partner with a service-oriented attitude and professional integrity.
