The Electrician performs electrical testing, installation, repairs and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and daily maintenance on varied building equipment and systems.

Perform electrical testing, installation, repairs and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
Conduct daily maintenance on varied building equipment and systems.
Requirements
High school education degree or equivalent.
Current Master Electrician's license preferred or at least 2 years journeyman experience.
Thorough knowledge of general construction methods.
Understand safe working practices for all voltages and equipment types.
High proficiency in interpreting drawing, details, and specifications.
Operate other power equipment.
Valid Drivers license required.
Computer software and keyboard knowledge mandatory.
Must be able to wear appropriate mask and be fit tested on an annual basis.
Nice-to-haves
Post secondary education or formal technical training highly desirable.
