Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of construction machinery, assemblies, and buildings.
- Ensure all equipment and structures meet safety and quality standards.
- Identify and report any defects or non-compliance issues.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, including findings and corrective actions taken.
- Prepare and submit quality reports to management.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Train construction personnel on quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement among the workforce.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on quality control.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Relevant certifications, such as OSHA safety training, are advantageous.
