About the position

The Electrical Testing Technician role at Aerotek involves overseeing and supervising construction sites to ensure that quality inspection and assurance standards are met. This position requires a dedicated individual to conduct inspections, maintain documentation, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and train personnel on quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of construction machinery, assemblies, and buildings.
• Ensure all equipment and structures meet safety and quality standards.
• Identify and report any defects or non-compliance issues.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, including findings and corrective actions taken.
• Prepare and submit quality reports to management.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Train construction personnel on quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement among the workforce.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on quality control.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant certifications, such as OSHA safety training, are advantageous.
