About The Position

This role involves leading electrical troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) efforts to evaluate conditions, resolve issues, and prevent recurring failures. The engineer will provide technical justification and support to project managers for equipment upgrades and improvements, and participate in a lean manufacturing environment by applying PDCA principles to engineering changes. They will also communicate status to stakeholders, participate in a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 manufacturing operations, and ensure electrical safety compliance by addressing risk assessments, performance levels, and proper PPE selection. Additionally, the role requires developing detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficient in AutoCAD and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
• Solid understanding of industrial automation systems and integrated machinery processes
• Experience working with medium voltage systems up to 4,160V
