About the position

The Electrical Engineering Intern position at Bray International offers a unique opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in critical projects that enhance business processes and manufacturing improvements, while also allowing interns to collaborate across various departments and engage in challenging design projects within the Global Technology Group.

Responsibilities

  • Lead critical projects that impact our business processes and manufacturing improvements.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, gaining diverse exposure and experience.
  • Take on challenging design projects within our Global Technology Group.
  • Participate in daily responsibilities and learn about our people, products, tools, and processes.
  • Engage in projects such as designing test procedures or equipment, analyzing product designs, troubleshooting issues, researching new materials or methodologies, preparing prototypes, and overseeing product testing operations.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a 4-year university, pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and process-oriented with a willingness to support various tasks as needed.
  • Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership in student organizations or extracurricular activities is a plus.
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) required.
