They are responsible for engaging and connecting with our guests, providing top-quality product education, and authentically representing our community and culture. This role requires a dynamic individual who can move throughout the store, interact with guests, and ensure a seamless shopping experience while adhering to company standards and policies. In this position, you will assess guests' needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions, facilitate accurate transactions, and execute omnichannel programs. You will also contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment, establish productive relationships with team members, and collaborate to enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, you will perform operational tasks such as product presentation, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to safety policies.
