The Marketing Platform Specialist (internally known as eCommerce Manager - Salesforce Commerce Cloud) needs to be a results-driven eCommerce and Campaigns Manager with demonstrated experience across SaaS platforms including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), and Salesforce CRM. This role will lead the building and management of digital campaigns, automations, and website enhancements that drive interest, enable conversion, and strengthen customer relationships. The position requires close partnership with Marketing, Product Management, IT, and Commercial teams, with a focus on improving user-facing site features, supporting campaign execution, and leveraging automations to optimize buyer journeys. The manager will also be responsible for the day-to-day presentation of products, images, and descriptions within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ensuring the site reflects current priorities and enhances customer experience.
