Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
- Plan and execute age-appropriate weekly lesson plans.
- Participate actively with peers through communication, collaboration, and curriculum.
- Facilitate regular parent/guardian communication and conferences to discuss orientation, transitions, and developmental goals.
- Assist lead classroom teacher with planning and implementing curriculum program which reflects observations and goals.
- Participate in parent communication.
- Meet state licensing requirements for education and experience.
- Lift and carry infants and children as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree required for Lead Teachers.
