About the position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join their team as a Lead Preschool Teacher. This role involves creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, while implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting each child's growth and development, fostering a love of learning, and building strong relationships with families and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® tailored to the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's adventures and achievements.
• Partner with daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related degree (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
