About The Position

The EAP Clinical Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, establishing strong relationships with Human Resources professionals across various industries, including manufacturing and government. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support during challenging times. In this position, you will be responsible for forming solid relationships with key Human Resource contacts, providing excellent customer service, and being the go-to resource for knowledge regarding employee issues, which may range from personal challenges to substance abuse and workplace conflicts. You will also be prepared to provide support during crises, developing and overseeing critical incident debriefings and work performance referrals for client companies. Creativity is essential as you will be tasked with developing promotional plans for each account, including employee newsletters, training sessions, and leadership webinars. Communication is key in this role, as you will provide EAP orientations, training, and onsite support to client companies. Balancing an outgoing, friendly demeanor with empathy and compassion is crucial, especially during times of crisis following critical incidents. Independence is also a significant aspect of this role, as you will need to demonstrate a proven track record of service, utilizing your clinical judgment while collaborating with a team when necessary.
