About The Position

Blenders Eyewear is looking for a highly hands-on E-Commerce Manager to own the day-to-day management, merchandising, quality control, and optimization of our Shopify Plus storefronts. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is extremely detail-oriented, operationally strong, and comfortable being accountable for the performance and growth of multiple e-commerce websites. You will manage two Shopify Plus storefronts, including Blenders Eyewear, with the potential to support a third site in the future. Each storefront should be clean, accurate, up to date, conversion-friendly, and ready to support campaigns, product launches, and business growth. We are looking for someone who is not only strategic and pragmatic, but also willing to be hands-on. This role proactively checks the website, identifies issues quickly, fixes what they can independently, and knows when to escalate technical problems. Strong QA/QC habits should be second nature. The right candidate is curious, proactive, and motivated to improve how we work. Experience using LLMs and AI tools in day-to-day work is required, as we expect this role to use modern tools to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience, ideally in DTC, retail, or consumer products.
  • Strong Shopify or Shopify Plus experience.
  • Proven ability to manage day-to-day website operations with a high level of accuracy.
  • Extremely detail-oriented mindset with strong QA/QC habits.
  • Comfortable reviewing websites regularly and proactively identifying issues before customers or leadership notice them.
  • Experience managing products, collections, navigation, landing pages, promotions, redirects, and merchandising updates.
  • Ability to use CSV-based tools such as Matrixify or similar product import/export tools.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce UX, merchandising, and conversion best practices.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, operations, and technical teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Required: regular hands-on usage of LLMs or AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management of two Shopify Plus storefronts, including Blenders Eyewear, with the potential to support a third site in the future.
  • Monitor the websites regularly to ensure the core customer experience is functioning properly and troubleshoot issues before escalating to technical resources.
  • Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues such as broken links, incorrect product information, missing assets, outdated content, pricing inconsistencies, navigation issues, and campaign errors.
  • Maintain strong site UX across collections, navigation, product pages, landing pages, redirects, tags, metafields, and promotional content.
  • Take ownership of operational tasks that keep the websites clean, accurate, and easy to manage.
  • Manage products, collections, navigation, merchandising, content updates, promotions, and app-based workflows inside Shopify Plus.
  • Use tools such as Matrixify to handle product, collection, or content uploads and updates via CSV.
  • Support product launches, campaign pages, collection updates, promotional setups, and site merchandising changes are QA'ed before and after going live.
  • Maintain accurate product data, tagging, categorization, and site structure.
  • Partner with technical resources when deeper development, integrations, or custom functionality are required.
  • Manage product placement across the homepage, collections, navigation, landing pages, and promotional areas.
  • Ensure products are presented clearly and accurately with the right images, copy, pricing, tags, badges, and merchandising logic.
  • Optimize product visibility based on business priorities, inventory, performance, seasonality, and campaign needs.
  • Help maintain merchandising standards and playbooks for naming, tagging, categorization, and discoverability.
  • Work with operations to stay aware of inventory constraints and merchandising priorities.
  • Partner closely with creative and marketing teams to manage website requests for product launches, campaigns, promotions, and seasonal moments.
  • Translate creative and marketing needs into clear site updates, tasks, timelines, and QA requirements.
  • Coordinate assets, copy, landing pages, product placement, collection updates, and promotional content.
  • Ensure campaign execution is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, blockers, and launch readiness.
  • Support conversion rate optimization across PDPs, collection pages, landing pages, cart, and checkout experiences.
  • Use analytics, customer behavior tools, heatmaps, and site performance data to identify friction points and opportunities.
  • Help prioritize improvements that can increase conversion rate, AOV, revenue, and customer experience.
  • Support A/B testing and site experiments when appropriate.
  • Bring a test-and-learn mindset to ongoing site improvements.
  • Use LLMs and AI tools as part of the daily workflow to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Leverage AI to support QA checklists, content review, product data cleanup, task organization, reporting, research, and process improvement.
  • Continuously look for ways to automate or simplify repetitive, time-consuming tasks.
  • Stay curious about new tools, workflows, and e-commerce best practices.

Benefits

  • The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
