Responsibilities

  • Communicates with station in a timely manner.
  • Ensure punctual provision of the assigned flights, correct number of meals for each provisioned flight, crosschecking the sealing of outgoing flights as well as proper handover to the aircraft crew and dispatch team.
  • Follows all incoming operational communications from the clients and direct them to the concerned departments.
  • Increases efficiency in packing and rotation of equipment and ensure correct dead-head packing
  • Controls the usage of clean uniforms and safety equipment.
  • Supervises the processing time to avoid delays, lapses and overstocking
  • Identifies problematic areas within the consigned sectors and implements corrective actions while maintaining proper communication with the superior.
  • Controls the timing for the food flow with tray-setting and food-production department.
  • Delivers all information for correct invoicing of all sold articles per flight
  • Updates customer specifications in each consigned department and ensures that requirements of hygiene, quality and safety standards are fulfilled and inventory deadlines are met.
  • Monitors Daily floating inventory/requesting equipment (traymats, etc) and monthly inventory.
  • Assists in menu changes, and SPML specs.
  • In the absence of the Account Manager, supervises, motivates, and assists flight coordinator and food packer departments as well as trains, manages, schedules, develops, disciplines, conducts performance appraisals, and counsels team members.
