We are looking for outstanding crew members to join our team at Dunkin' Donuts, a franchisee of Burton Restaurants located in El Cajon, CA. As a crew member, you will be part of a fun, positive, and efficient team dedicated to providing guests with an exceptional experience that encourages them to return daily. Responsibilities
- Provides guest service and resolves guest issues.
- Understands and exceeds guest expectations while developing and maintaining guest relationships.
- Handles POS transactions and payments with accuracy.
- Ensures food and drinks are made quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
- Complies with all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintains a clean and neat work environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Food Handlers Certificate required.
- Must be available to work weekends.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant is preferred.
