Responsibilities

• Completing small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects.
• Communicating with customers to help them understand their needs and managing expectations regarding the scope of work and costs.
• Delivering a great customer experience to create life-long repeat customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of paid professional experience with repairs, maintenance, and remodeling.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to own and use necessary tools for the job.
• Insurability for driving the company vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Capability to work safely at heights and overhead for extended periods.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with carpentry, flooring, light electrical, light plumbing, door installation and repair, painting, and drywall.
