About The Position

This role involves acting as a Property Inspector for mortgage companies and banks, who are legally required to document the occupancy and physical condition of mortgaged loans. The inspector will visit properties to determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant), assess the general condition, take specific photos using a smartphone, and report findings via a mobile app. This is a 1099 contractor position.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
• Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
