About The Position

This role involves acting as a Mortgage Field Service Contractor, specifically a Property Inspector. The primary responsibility is to visit mortgaged properties to document their occupancy status (occupied or vacant) and physical condition. This is achieved by taking specific photos using a smartphone and reporting the property's general condition via a mobile app. The inspector will determine occupancy, rate the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor, and answer multiple-choice questions about the property's state. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in delivery services such as Uber Drivers, Lyft, Door Dash, Uber Eats, or Pizza delivery, due to the nature of independent work and the need for reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
• Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
