About the position

Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking individuals to join our team, offering competitive pay and benefits. The starting pay ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, with zero experience required, and $25.00 per hour for those with a CDL A. We provide 2 weeks of paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, and a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave. There is great potential for overtime, project-based bonuses, and performance-based merit increases. Additionally, we offer an employee referral bonus of $2,000 and reimbursement for attending CDL Training School, along with pay increases after obtaining a CDL A. Our Woodinville location requires travel 80-90% of the time, primarily within the Greater Puget surrounding areas and some parts of eastern WA state, with most employees returning home most nights. Work schedules typically operate Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and night shifts depending on project requirements. Employees will have private hotel accommodations at no cost during travel and receive per diem.

Responsibilities

• Drive, operate, and maintain drill rigs, vehicles, forklifts, skid-steers, and other equipment
• Work outdoors year-round within two or three-person crews
• Solve problems and work productively in a team
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Conduct pre-trip inspections
• Perform physical labor, including shoveling drilling debris and transporting materials using proper lifting techniques
• Maintain all required certifications and training
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Negative drug test
• Satisfactory results of a background check
• Possessing a valid Driver's License for the state of residence
• Satisfactory results of a Motor Vehicle Report
• Obtaining and maintaining an interstate DOT Medical Card
• Meeting all Federal Interstate FMCSA requirements to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle
• Passing a HAZWOPER physical
• Verifying legal right to work in the United States under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA)
• Compliance with respiratory protection requirements as specified by site-specific Health and Safety Plan
